Moving to a new state is a very hard thing on anybody. But when your half way through your junior year in high school, it's probably one of the hardest things to go through. When I moved here, people didn't accept me. They accepted me as a person but it wasn't like lets be friends Kelly. Through everything, I have realized 100% that good friends, are SO hard to find. So before I moved to St. George, I lived in Medford, Minnesota. We moved to MN when I was in 3rd grade. That is when I met my other halfs.
Kate, my other half,
Teri, the crazy lover,
Jessica, the so cute curly haired, fun girl, and
Anna, the crazy, outgoing, funny and spontaneous friend. We were all the best of friends. We always had fun together and did everything together. I remember just calling Anna to go to Wal-Mart with me, Teri and I would just drive around talking, Jessica and me always watched disney movies together and I would just go to Kate's house to play catch or hit around a volleyball. Those little things you totally take advantage of. Genuine girlfriends is the best things. We told each other everything. I'm sure we hated each other at some point but eventually we got over it. Now, we all have grown apart relationship wise and distance wise. It kills me. I love it here but I miss my friends. We are so far apart now. Jessica is in Rochester, MN. Kate is in Austin, MN. Teri is in Mankato, MN. Anna is Wisconsin, I don't even know where ha. And I'm down here in Utah. I just want whats best for them but i just miss them so much and I want my friends back.
This is a classic picture. I got so much crap for this picture but I love it!
This picture was my last day of school at Medford right before I moved to Utah.
This was a good day. We went to see the play of "To Kill A Mockingbird." We then went to Old Country Buffett. We were obsessed we ate so much!
This was when I was Junior Attendent for Homecoming. Jess came over to make sure I looked good!
This is such an old one! Anna and me on the way to the fair, something we looked forward to every year!
